Prohibited Content Policy

1. Scope
This policy covers token names, symbols, descriptions, artwork, links and other content submitted to or displayed through DoomStreak. Creators remain responsible for their tokens and content.
2. Prohibited content
You must not submit or promote content that:
- is illegal or facilitates illegal activity, fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering, market manipulation or theft;
- sexually exploits or endangers children, or contains non-consensual intimate imagery;
- promotes terrorism, violent extremism, credible threats or instructions for serious harm;
- attacks or dehumanizes people based on protected characteristics, or is designed to incite hatred or violence;
- impersonates a person, company, government, project or token, or falsely claims affiliation, verification or endorsement;
- infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy or other rights;
- contains malware, credential theft, deceptive wallet prompts, hidden redirects or malicious code;
- publishes private or identifying information without authorization;
- makes false or misleading claims about returns, safety, liquidity, audits, backing, supply or creator identity;
- is spam or is uploaded primarily to consume storage, manipulate rankings or disrupt the Services.
3. Enforcement
DoomStreak may refuse an upload, block a launch through its interface, remove or blur content, delist a token from discovery, restrict accounts or wallets, preserve evidence, or report conduct to service providers or authorities. Enforcement can occur without notice where necessary for safety or law. On-chain contracts and IPFS content may continue to exist even when hidden from DoomStreak.
4. Copyright and rights complaints
Send complaints to support@doomstreak.xyz with: your contact information; the affected token or CID; the original work or right; why the use is unauthorized; and a good-faith statement that the report is accurate. DoomStreak may request additional verification and forward relevant details to the uploader where lawful.
5. Appeals and urgent reports
A creator may request review at support@doomstreak.xyz. Identify the token address, launch ID and reason. For credible threats or immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
6. No endorsement
Automated screening and moderation cannot detect everything. The presence of content does not mean DoomStreak approved, verified or endorsed it.
