Terms of Service
Effective 12 August 2026 · Updated 24 August 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of DoomStreak’s websites, interfaces, analytics, launch tools and related software (the “Services”). DoomStreak is the name used by the operator of the Services and can be contacted at support@doomstreak.xyz. By accessing or using the Services, connecting a wallet, signing a message or submitting a transaction, you agree to these Terms and the linked Privacy Notice, Risk Disclosure and Prohibited Content Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility, sanctions and availability
The read-only Services may be accessible globally where lawful; global availability is not a representation that use is legal in every country. Launch, creator and upload functions are not offered from comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions, currently Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk and Sevastopol. This operational list is reviewed against official sanctions guidance and may change without notice.
You must be at least 18, legally capable of entering this agreement and permitted to use the Services where you live. You must not use the Services if you are a sanctioned or designated person, are owned or controlled by one, act on one’s behalf, or if use would violate sanctions, export controls, financial-services restrictions or any other applicable law. You must not conceal your location or evade these controls. IP geolocation is an imperfect compliance signal and does not replace your legal obligations.
3. Non-custodial software
DoomStreak does not hold your wallet credentials or reverse blockchain transactions. You control your wallet and approve each signature and transaction. You are responsible for wallet security, network selection, gas, slippage settings, transaction contents and tax consequences. Never share a seed phrase or private key with DoomStreak.
4. No advice, brokerage or endorsement
The Services provide software and public-data analytics. Nothing is investment, legal, tax or financial advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or a guarantee of availability or outcome. Displaying, indexing, scoring or linking to a token does not mean DoomStreak has reviewed or endorsed its creator, artwork, legality, code or value.
5. Launchpad software
The public launchpad is active as unaudited software. Launches use a bonding curve and may graduate into a permanently locked Uniswap V3 position after the on-chain threshold is met. The interface displays the active contract parameters before signature; verified contract code and on-chain state control if interface text conflicts.
- Any eligible externally owned wallet may create a launch through the active public factory. Smart-contract wallets are not supported. Access is not an endorsement or safety finding.
- Launch IDs may span successive factory generations. Earlier launches and contracts can remain on-chain after the interface moves to a successor factory. The active generation, address and launch-ID rules are published by the live launch configuration.
- Permissionless or uncapped operation does not make the system audited, safe or fit for any particular purpose.
- A launch may never reach graduation. Trading can remain illiquid or stop entirely.
- Permanent liquidity cannot be withdrawn merely because a creator, buyer or operator changes their mind.
- Emergency controls may pause new launches but may not be able to undo existing positions or transactions.
5A. Trading interface
DoomStreak may provide a non-custodial interface for trading a launch on its bonding curve and, after graduation, through the configured Uniswap V3 contracts. Quotes are estimates and can expire or change before confirmation. Your wallet may be asked for a separate, exact-amount token approval before a sell; an approval is an on-chain permission and may remain until used or revoked. You must verify the token, router, amount, minimum received, slippage, deadline, network and every wallet prompt. DoomStreak does not operate an exchange, take custody of trade assets or guarantee execution, routing, refunds, wrapping or unwrapping.
6. Creator responsibilities
Creators are solely responsible for token names, tickers, descriptions, images, social links, supply disclosures, promotional statements and compliance with law. Creators must have all rights needed for submitted material and must not mislead users about identity, affiliation, returns, liquidity, endorsements or risk. A creator’s public commitment is not a promise by DoomStreak that the creator will perform.
7. Fees
Applicable launch, curve, network and protocol fees will be shown before a wallet transaction. Smart contracts may route fees among creators, treasury and reward contracts according to immutable or disclosed rules. Network gas is paid to the network and is not controlled by DoomStreak. Third-party interfaces and protocols may charge additional fees.
8. User content and IPFS
By uploading content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use and distribute it. You grant DoomStreak a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, cache, reproduce and display it for operating and promoting the associated token and Services. IPFS content may remain retrievable even after DoomStreak removes it from the interface. DoomStreak may refuse, hide or delist content under the Prohibited Content Policy but cannot promise deletion from public networks.
9. Prohibited conduct
You must not break the law; evade access controls; manipulate, overload or attack the Services; upload malware; impersonate others; infringe rights; deceive users; wash trade; manipulate markets; or use the Services for fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering or other financial crime. Automated use that harms the Services or consumes storage without permission is prohibited.
10. Third-party systems
The Services depend on wallets, Robinhood Chain, Uniswap, RPC providers, IPFS gateways, Filebase, Vercel, Railway, explorers and other third parties. DoomStreak does not control and is not responsible for their availability, security, rules or acts. Links are provided for convenience, not endorsement.
11. Availability and changes
The Services may be changed, suspended, rate-limited or discontinued. DoomStreak may pause new launches or hide interface content for security, legal, operational or abuse reasons. Blockchain contracts and previously submitted transactions may continue independently.
12. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness, security, accuracy or uninterrupted operation. DoomStreak does not guarantee token value, sellability, liquidity, creator conduct, analytics accuracy, successful graduation or smart-contract safety.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoomStreak and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or economic losses, lost profits, lost tokens, lost keys, failed transactions, price movement, MEV, exploits or third-party failures. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify DoomStreak and its contributors against claims and costs arising from your content, token, promotions, unlawful conduct, infringement or material breach of these Terms.
14. Changes and contact
Material changes will be published with an updated effective date. Continued use after a change means acceptance where lawful. Questions, rights complaints and content reports: support@doomstreak.xyz.
