Privacy Notice
Effective 12 August 2026 · Updated 21 August 2026
1. Scope, controller and contact
DoomStreak is the published name of the operator and data controller for information handled directly through its websites, analytics, IPFS upload and launch interfaces. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@doomstreak.xyz. The Services are accessible globally where lawful; infrastructure and public blockchain processing can occur in multiple countries.
2. Information handled
- Public blockchain data: wallet and contract addresses, transactions, token and pool events, balances, swaps, liquidity, NFT holdings and creator commitment events.
- Content you submit: token name, ticker, description, image, IPFS identifier, social links and reports sent to support.
- Technical, compliance and security data: IP address, IP-derived country or region, request time, user agent, referring page, error logs, rate-limit signals and bot-protection results. Country and region signals are used to restrict launch functions where sanctions require it.
- Local browser data: connection preferences and interface state stored locally where used. DoomStreak does not need your wallet seed phrase or private key.
- Communications: email address and message contents when you contact support.
3. Why information is used
Information is used to provide and secure the Services; index public market activity; calculate risk indicators; display launches and creator history; pin creator-requested metadata; prevent abuse; measure aggregate product use and launch-funnel reliability; diagnose failures; answer support and rights requests; enforce policies; establish or defend legal claims; and comply with law. Product analytics are configured without session replay, automatic click or form capture, persistent browser identifiers, wallet identification, token form contents or transaction hashes.
4. Legal bases
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, DoomStreak relies as applicable on performing requested services, legitimate interests in operating and securing a public blockchain interface, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where specifically requested. Professional review of the final operator identity, jurisdiction-specific disclosures and applicable bases remains outstanding.
5. Service providers and public disclosure
Information may be processed by infrastructure and security providers including Vercel, Railway, Filebase/IPFS gateways, RPC providers, Cloudflare Turnstile, PostHog and Upstash. Turnstile receives technical and challenge data to distinguish people from automated abuse. PostHog receives privacy-limited page and product-funnel events; session replay, form capture and wallet identification are disabled. Upstash stores pseudonymous rate-limit counters derived from request identifiers and does not receive uploaded artwork or wallet signatures from DoomStreak. Wallets, Robinhood Chain, Uniswap and block explorers operate under their own terms. Token metadata submitted to IPFS and blockchain transactions are intentionally public.
6. International processing
Public blockchains and infrastructure providers operate globally. Information may be processed outside your country. Where required, the operator will use legally recognized transfer safeguards with service providers.
7. Retention
Operational and security logs are retained only as reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting and legal obligations. Support correspondence is retained while needed to resolve the request. Public blockchain and IPFS data may be effectively permanent and outside DoomStreak’s ability to erase.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent and complain to a regulator. These rights can be limited for public blockchain data DoomStreak cannot alter, security records or legal obligations. Email requests to support@doomstreak.xyz. DoomStreak may need to verify the request without asking for a seed phrase or private key.
9. Children
The Services are not intended for anyone under 18, and DoomStreak does not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Security and updates
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used, but no system or blockchain is risk-free. Changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
